  • Is there a delivery charge? Where do you deliver to?
    No, prices are inclusive of delivery. We currently deliver to all Singapore registered addresses.
  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?
    All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 working days.
  • When do you deliver?
    Our deliveries are available from Mondays to Fridays. Special arrangements can be made for Saturday deliveries, however there will be no deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Is there a self collection option available?
    Yes, just leave us a comment when you have checked out.
  • Do I need to sign up for an account to make a purchase?
    Yes, you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details.
  • Do prices include GST (Goods & Services Tax)?
    No, GST is not included. However, it will be shown on the payment page.
